Pine Hall Facts
Similar in appearance to the other Clarence Johnston-designed residence halls, Pine hall is a two-story brick structure with a raised basement, Kasota trim, 8/8 sash, and a hipped roof with wide overhanging eaves and dormers. The hall was constructed on concrete spread footings with reinforced concrete floor framing including the attic. It was renovated in 1960 and an enclosed hipped roofed stair tower replaced the original front entrance porch.
