MEMO TO: Faculty and P&A List
SUBJECT: F Grade-- non-attendance
As we reach the end of the semester, just a friendly
reminder, federal financial aid regulations require all
colleges to review student financial aid eligibility when a grade
of "F" is
reported. To comply with this regulation, I am asking you to
identify all students to whom you assign a grade of "F" and
to notify Marie Hagen (hagenmc) in the Financial Aid Office.
Please note if the student "earned" the F or whether
it came as a result of non-attendance. If the student ceased
to attend your class, please provide the approximate date
of the last class attended.
