Planning and Evaluation

Program assessment and evaluation will be provided to community agencies to determine the value of their operational programs. The Center staff along with UMM faculty will assist in creating evaluation plans to assess the design, implementation and impact of program activities. Data collection and analysis as well as written reports are offered.

Rural community planning is a strategic visioning and planning process now being designed to help residents in small towns find direction and begin building leadership, create new economic investment and improve quality of life.
