Sodexo Campus Service operates two dining facilities on the University Of Minnesota Morris campus. The main facility is
the dining hall in the Foodservice Building where lunch and dinner are
served Monday through Friday and brunch and dinner are served on the
weekends. Turtle Mountain Cafe, located in the Student Center, is the retail unit which
serves breakfast for all meal plans Monday through Friday and is open
extended ours for your convenience.

This facility was
built in 1971 and has an impressive display of architecture. The
servery has just been beautifully renovated to better serve our
students, faculty & staff.
With the new servery comes new platforms most designed to have
all food made fresh right before your eyes and just how you like it:
- Deli Station – Sandwiches or wraps made fresh just
the way you like them, with your choice of bread, meat, cheese
and veggies.
- Pizza/Pasta Station
–Fresh
made pizza and a variety of pasta and sauces.
- Vegetarian/Vegan
Station –
includes a variety of vegan/vegetarian stir-fry along with
casseroles and specialty items.
- Mex to the Max – Recipes designed by Chef Roberto Santibanez , the ambassador of true Mexican
Cuisine, are a true taste of Mexico, prepared right before your eyes.
- Full Salad Bar- All the fixings to make a delicious
salad, fresh greens, vegetables and sides.
- The Bakery - This is just the
area to stop at to finish off a meal with our fresh made
cookies, bars, cakes and so much more.
- Grill – Your favorite grill
classics along with some new inspirations.

The Turtle Mountain Cafe, better known as TMC, is located in the Student Center and is open for extended hours to better serve you. Here you will find quick food designed to grab on the go between classes or on your way home.
In TMC you will find a variety of items to fit your needs:
- Get something to wet your palette. You will find fountain Coke, bottled Pepsi and Coke products, Dole Juices and Smoothies, Sobe Beverages, Starbucks Coffee or Seattle’s Best coffee, Espresso Drinks, and Naked Juice’s – we are always looking for the next new thing!
- Daily Specials, items produced in this station are made right before your eyes. You will find items ranging from sizzling salads to authentic stir frys.
- Smart Market - Fresh is the word for this cooler. From sandwiches made on bagels, whole grain breads, or all wrapped up. The variety is endless. Don’t miss the salad selection, fresh side salads, to complete meals made from as many local and sustainable products as we can find.
- Sustainable/Vegan/Vegetarian/Local cooler – all items in this famous cooler will fit one or more of the above categories. Items do change by season, but local cheeses, yogurt, and soy milk will always be available.
- Etc. Etc. - This station has the cure for your sweet tooth. Our fresh baked pastries and goodies are served daily.
