 The
main facility is the dining center in the Food Service Building where the majority
of the students dine. Turtle Mountain Cafe is the retail unit and is located in
the Student Center.
The menus
for both the Dining Hall and Turtle Mountain Cafe vary weekly
and are subject to change from what is posted below.

At the Food Service Building the following items are always available, in addition to the rotating menus:
- A variety of sweetened and unsweetened cereal
- 28 beverage choices
- Fresh fruit
- A selection of pastries and desserts
- The "Toast It" bar with breads, bagels and English muffins
- Two soups (one with meat, one vegetarian) with lunch and dinner

Mountain Cafe also has many items in addition to the

- Smart Market Salads and Sandwiches
- Yogurt parfaits
- Starbucks Coffee or Seattle’s Best
- Coca Cola Fountain Beverages
- Minute Maid Juices
- A large variety of bottled beverages
- A full grill selection
- Two types of pizza daily
- Bars and Cookies
- Cold cereal and hot oatmeal
