IS 1055, Pathways to Success in College and Life

Pathways to Success in College and Life is a 1-credit course offered each semester by Academic Assistance staff. An assessment and planning workshop to allow students to capitalize on their personal strengths which impact on academic, life, and career goals. A variety of informal and formal measures form the basis of a 'personal profile of strengths' developed in collaboration with personnel from different campus offices.


IS 1061 Mastering Skills for College Success

Mastering Skills for College Success is a 2-credit course offered each semester by Academic Assistance staff. This course will strengthen your overall approach to learning the college environment. You will develop an individual learning plan tailored to your strengths and skills. Check your schedule for exact time and location.

IS 3710, Peer Tutoring in College

Peer Tutoring in College is a 1 credit course that will train you to become a peer tutor in your subject area. Both theoretical information and practical experience are provided within supervised learning sessions.
