Any person seeking assistance in either resolving or making a complaint in a matter of discrimination should contact an Equal Opportunity Representative at the University. These people are knowledgeable about policy and procedures and can assist with a complaint. These staff members are required to report the issue and any action that is taken.

Immediately report all bias incidents using the U of M Bias / Discrimination / Harassment Reporting Form. Your report will be documented and responded to by UMM. Reports submitted through this site go to the U of M Office of Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action and are sent to the UMM Human Resources/Equal Opportunity Office for response.
