Academic Professional and Administrative (P&A):
Academic Professional - Academic Professional staff generally parallel disciplinary faculty in having the requisite preparation and specialized knowledge in an academic field. These appointees may be engaged in teaching, research and/or service, as well as a wide variety of other professional functions of the University.

Civil Service and Bargaining Unit Staff:
Civil Service positions are managerial, supervisory, professional or confidential positions which do not fall under any of the other employee groups listed here. Graduate Assistantships:
