This University of Minnesota, Morris, Faculty and Staff Handbook
supercedes all previous versions of Faculty-Staff Handbooks that have been
issued by the University of Minnesota, Morris. It is intended to be a
summary of useful information to introduce employees to many University
resources. It is not an offer of, or a contract for, employment, and its
contents are not binding on the University.
The format of this handbook is to provide a very brief description of
a topic, followed by a link to the website containing the complete
policy, procedure or other information. The handbook may be found at this

bookmark this website for future reference.
The policies and procedures included in the Faculty and Staff Handbook are
subject to additions, modifications, deletions and other changes at any
time. The University may not be able to provide advance notice of the
