Office of Human ResourcesThe mission of the University of Minnesota, Morris (UMM) as an undergraduate, residential, liberal arts college is distinctive within the University of Minnesota collegiate system. Through its instructional excellence, commitment to research, many extracurricular programs and services, and strong sense of community, UMM is recognized as one of the best liberal arts colleges in the nation.The UMM Office of Human Resources supports this mission as they assist prospective employees with employment opportunities, new employees with relocation and current faculty and staff with human resource, employee benefit and wellness, equal opportunity, work/life, worker's compensation and payroll information. The University of Minnesota Employee Self - Service Site allows faculty and staff to monitor and manage their personal employment and employee benefit information, on-line. This site allows employees to print a benefit summary, change address or W-2, or print out a pay statement. The UMM Office of Human Resources reports to the Senior Administratives Director for Finance and Administration. |
