Plant Services & Master Planning

The Plant Services department of the University of Minnesota, Morris is responsible for the physical assets of the Morris campus to ensure a quality environment for students, faculty, staff and visitors. As stewards of this facility we develop, enhance and preserve the physical property.

Our services include preventive maintenance and routine maintenance and repair of buildings and their installed, nonprogrammatic equipment and systems. Other services include campus mail, custodial, landcare and grounds, utilities-distribution and maintenance, environmental, health and safety, recycling, vending, fleet services, duplicating, campus police and telecommunications.
