This unit is responsible for all the physical maintenance, preventative and routine maintenance on campus buildings painting, building, upgrades, cement work, and general repair.

Routine Repairs

Routine repairs are defined as the everyday work that orginates within Plant Services serviced buildings. Broken windows, floor tiles, ceiling tiles and door and lock repair are all examples of routine repairs.
