| * Scholastic Committee approval begins in the Office of the Registrar, 212 Behmler Hall In accordance with the University of Minnesota Grading and Transcript Policy, approval to withdraw after the deadline is only allowed for extenuating circumstances. Supporting documentation must be present. "one time drop" - a request to cancel a class, ONE CLASS ONLY, after the deadline without approval may be used only once during a student's enrollment at the University of Minnesota as an undergraduate student and must be requested on or before the last day of instruction. This Form must be submitted, preferrably in person. The registration symbol 'W' is used to represent this cancelled class on the transcript. |
