Transcript Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Section 1—Verify Transcript

Confirm that all grades have been entered and degrees posted on your transcript. Your request will not be held for any missing information.

If you have any supplemental forms (e.g., PharmCas, AAMCA, GRF) that must be enclosed with your transcript, you cannot use this online request. Go to our Transcript site for other ways to request a transcript.

Why is it necessary to verify my transcript?

You should verify your transcript to see that all the grades you need have been entered correctly on your transcript. If you have just graduated, you will want to verify that your degree has been added as well. When you submit a request, your request is processed immediately and is not held for any missing information.

What should I do if I find errors or missing information?

If information is missing or if you believe there are errors on your transcript, contact the Office of the Registrar to resolve any problems.

I have attachments that need to be sent along with my transcript. Can I arrange this using this application?

No, if you have any supplemental forms (e.g., PharmCas, AAMCAS, GRF) that must be enclosed with your transcript, you cannot use this online request. You must mail or fax a paper Request Form from our Transcript site along with your supplemental form to the Office of the Registrar. This can also be submitted in person at the following address:

Office of the Registrar
212 Behmler Hall
600 E 4th Street
Morris MN 562567-2132

Section 2—Recipient Information

My address isn’t listed correctly; how do I fix it?

If you wish to update your home or current mailing address, use the “Address Change ” link on the One Stop home page.

What does “signed and sealed” mean?

Many colleges/universities/companies/institutions require that an official transcript be sent to them “signed and sealed”. All transcripts are sent from our office with a stamp over the flap of the sealed envelope indicating that it contains an "OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT", and that it is "OFFICIAL ONLY IF DELIVERED IN ORIGINAL SEALED ENVELOPE".

If you have requested an official transcript be sent to you for personal use (one that you will not be forwarding to another institution), you can open the envelope and use the enclosed transcript.

If you have requested an official transcript be sent to you that will be forwarded to another institution, do not open the envelope. Send it to that institution with the stamped seal intact.

How long does it take to process a regular transcript request?

Your transcript request will be processed and mailed within 2-3 business days. Allow at least 2 weeks for your transcript(s) to reach your recipient(s); allow additional days if sent international.

How long does it take to process a rush transcript request?

Your rush transcript request will be processed and mailed on the same day if received by 2:00 p.m. (CST). Allow at least 2 weeks for your transcript(s) to reach your recipient(s); allow additional days if sent international.

What if I need a transcript immediately?
