APAS
stands for Academic
Progress Audit
System. It is
a computerized
report which provides
advising information and determines if a degree will be awarded.
When to look at APAS:
- prior
to registering-
for classes to
see what requirements
need to be completed
- after registering- to see how
the new classes actually do meet
requirements
- once grades are in- to see if there
are any courses
that no longer
count toward graduation
- regularly during the senior
year prior to
graduation
