Good Student Discount - This is used by companies that give discounts for students that maintain at least a 3.00 grade point average (GPA) for their most recent completed term. Loan Deferment - Verifications are required for student loan deferment, especially of transfer students who have received loans at previous institutions. This will include your SSN.
Medical Insurance - Insurance companies may require proof of enrollment or grade point information (GPA) for certain types of eligibility. Many require verification of "full-time" or "half-time" status. This will include your SSN.
Other - Please explain to us what you need.

Optional Information can be included:

- Cumulative credits and GPA
- Most recent completed term credits and GPA
