Grades are on and spring degrees should be posted by June 8th.

Uploading Grades? Please Note: After you upload your grades, please click the Save button in the lower left. Then you will be able to see your grades.

Submitting grades, change of grade/ or approving grade changes AFTER May 30, 2011 REQUIRE that you "clear your cache" in your web browser [supported browsers are Internet Explorer, Firefox and Safari only]

INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO CLEAR CACHE - you must do this or grade submission will not work properly!

Final Grades - the Initial Grade Submission
Faculty use the Web Grading System to submit grades for all classes. The Internet ID (X.500 Username) and password are used for security purposes to log in. NOTE: this login will disconnect if there is 30 minutes or more of inactivity. [hint: save often]

Last Date of Participation (for any student earning a grade of "F" or "N" in a course)


"I" GRADES

Agreement to assign Incomplete grades FORM - required when an instructor submits an "I" grade for a student according to the University "Grading and Transcripts" policy.


Supplemental Grades - Change Grades or replace X or K grade for an entire class (see FAQ for information on uploading change of X or K for entire class)
