Position Description:

Duties include but are not limited to basic office duties and routine support to the Education office staff and faculty. Answer phones in a timely manner, answer student, parent, and staff questions in person and on the phone, refer callers and visitors to the proper sources. Data entry, photocopying, running errands, receptionist functions.

Qualifications/Additional Comments:

Basic computer skills including ability to operate Microsoft Word, Excel, etc, word processing and/or data entry. Must possess basic verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Display friendly and helpful attitude in the Education Division Office, general knowledge of campus departments and community happenings. Reflect a positive image and provide high quality service to all students, staff, and parents.

Wage/Salary:

$7.50/hr job class 2781

up to 10 hours per week
