Job Requirements:
1. Knowledge of all Microsoft OS
2. Troubleshoot computer/printer problems
3. Knowledge of Cisco Networking products
4. Hardware/Software installation
5. AS/400 environment support
6. Internet/Email support and web design
Qualifications/Additional Comments:
Ability to work well with people and independently
Ability to troubleshoot PC Hardware/Software
Desired Skills: Experience with AS/400 software support
