Web Developer Assistant

Position Description:

This position provides students with advanced computing knowledge and an opportunity to share their knowledge in support of students, faculty and staff on campus. It enables skilled students to learn significant new skills relating to web development and design.
Duties include, but are not limited to:

1. Implement content on Morris web sites
2. Web design
3. Assist in campus technical support

Qualifications/Additional Comments:

Experience with Windows and/or Macintosh operating systems, and proficiency with HTML code. Familiarity with Cascading Style Sheets and willingness to learn. Ability to work without supervision.

Preferred qualifications include: experience with web development, PHP, Javascript, and Linux systems.

Wage/Salary:

$7.50 - $8.50 per hour

Hours Per Week:

5-7 hrs/week
