Position Description:

The Center for Small Towns will conduct an analysis on the impact and role of the Lac Qui Parle Computer Commuter plays in the county. The student will travel to the communities where the mobile computer lab goes to collect data from the computer commuter users, analysis the data, and create a final report of the findings. The goal is the County will be able to the information to apply for grants to keep this unique mobile computer lab open and available for community members across the county to be able to use a computer and the internet.

Qualifications/Additional Comments:

* ability to communicate face to face with users of this service
* ability to organize trips and drive (must be 19 to use a University Vehicle) approximately 1 time a week
* Gather and organize date

Wage/Salary:

7.50 per hour

Hours Per Week:

10 hours a week
