Position Description:

Involves an ongoing telephone contact effort with prospective students of the university. Will use online chats and instant messaging to provide information & build relationships w/prospective students. Primary goals are to ensure that prospective students have all institutional information necessary to make an informed decision about enrolling, & to establish a relationship through timely conversations w/current students at strategic points in the decision making process to consider, attend, or return to the university.

Qualifications/Additional Comments:

Qualifications include full-time enrollment as a student of the university & ability to communicate enthusiastically & effectively about UMM's academic & student life. Students are able to schedule their weekly hours Sunday through Thursday, 4:30-8:30pm.
