Parties!

• Music Party: Saturday, May 10, 3:00 p.m., Pomme de Terre Park!
• Does everybody have a ride?
• Council members should be there 2:30-2:45ish to set up
• Brownie Baking: Friday, May 9, right after rehearsal. Who is baking? Jess, Adam, Sarah and Donovan A few pans might need to be donated.
• Beverages: taken care of? Sara will get them with a purchase order.
• Other: Grills? 3 or 4 preferably. Maps? One will be posted on the board.
• Council Party: Thursday, May 15, 5:00 p.m., Dr. Seggelke's House! Bring games

Other Things:

• Commencement: Khakis and SW polos
• Do we need to meet next week? No.
• Other: Time for call will be decided once Dr. S talks to Maggie about when we can have rehearsal/set up/etc.
• Pizza Hut slips will be distributed on Friday for the 13^th and 14^th of May.
• The poster that is hung at the beginning of the year will need to be revamped.
