Staff and Faculty Leaving the University

Email account and Internet ID information for faculty and staff leaving for other employment opportunities or due to termination.

Email accounts for faculty and staff who have either been terminated or are moving to other employment opportunities will remain active for about three weeks beyond the last day of employment. At that time, the email account will be deleted. The internetID will remain active until December 31 of the next year. That will allow access to certain payroll (W-2), Human Resources functions, and email forwarding. If email forwarding is set up, it will remain in effect until either the account owner removes the forwarding or the internetID is deleted.
