Hardware repair requests for Morris campus owned computers and computer related equipment are handled by the Morris Campus Help Desk. Repairs are made by a contracted third party, Morris campus employees do not address hardware issues.
Equipment under warranty or contract
If the computer is under manufacture warranty or under maintenance contract there will be no charge for the repairs.
Equipment not under warranty or contract
If the computer is no longer under warranty and not currently covered by the campus maintenance contract there will be a charge to look at the computer equipment and a repair estimate will be given.
