TREC Programs:
- Literacy TREC Track
- Work with K–3 children on focused literacy tasks on campus in Briggs Library, Monday through Thursday from 3:15 until 5:30 p.m.
- Storytime at the Library
- Read aloud and engage in literacy activities with preschool children on Thursday mornings from 10:30 until 11:45 a.m. at the Morris Public Library
- TREC In-Class Tutoring
- Work one-on-one and with small groups of K–12 students in classrooms at Morris Area Public Schools with scheduled hours during the 8:30–3 p.m. school day
- TREC/The ZONE
- Provide tutoring to elementary students during an extended day program from 3:15 until 5:30 p.m. each day of the week, assist with homework, reading, writing, math, and computer skills
- High School Study Lounge
- Provide tutoring for 7–12 students after school from 3:10 until 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday
- TREC at MACCC
- Read aloud and engage in language and literacy development activities with infants and preschoolers at the Morris Area Child Care Center
- TREC at ECFE
- Engage in language and literacy development activities with preschoolers in the Early Childhood Family Education program at Morris Area Public Schools
