Occasional Events:
Movie Night
Every once in a while CNIA will get together to watch a movie and eat snacks.
Field Trips
Current ideas for field trips include going to a sweat lodge,
attending a powwow, visiting a Native American museum, and a camping/canoeing
trip.
Workshops
CNIA hopes to have a few workshops this year including beading
lessons, making dreamcatchers and making shawls.

Indigenous Day
Date: October 8th
Held on the day formerly known as "Columbus Day."
American Indian Heritage Month
During the month of November, CNIA plans events and activities to celebrate and get the community involved in American Indian heritage.
Silent Auction
CNIA's main money maker. We collect various Native American items
and for about a week we display them in the Student Center so anyone
who wishes can bid.
Peace Run
A 3k walk/run for also held during the World Touch Cultural Heritage
Week
Powwow
Date: March 29th
CNIA's main event. Takes place during World Touch Cultural Heritage
Week in March.
