IMPACT

Small Groups

Another advertisement for small groups. Now is as good a time as any, and a better time than most to join a small group. We are reading the book A Love Worth Giving by Max Lucado. If you have any questions, check the Small Groups page for schedules, email addresses, and more info. Weekly Prayer

We are having weekly prayer in the Alumni Room on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11:45-11:55. (The alumni room is the front part of oyate. It has the fireplace.)

Prayer Partners

There is nothing quite like being prayed for and it is often really helpful to pray with another person. Prayer partners are groups of two that meet once a week and pray for each other. If you're interested in having a prayer partner, please contact Jen at huse0056@morris.umn.edu.

Mentoring

What is mentoring? Mentoring could also be called discipling because it's based on Jesus' relationship with his disciples. There are three purposes to mentoring: to discuss foundational Christian beliefs, to help with and get advice on personal issues, and to help us find our place in the body of Christ-to set a vision for our lives. If you'd like to be mentored or if you're already mentored and would like to mentor someone else, please contact Susie or Whitney, at IMPACT, by phone, or by e-mail.

Some Uncommon Music

Luke Vanasse and Echoes, will be playing this Thursday night, April 28th, at 9pm in the Common Cup. It is free. Luke Vanasse does hip hop and Echoes is a alternative rock band. I hear they both are just awesome. Luke really rocks! Come out and see them.

Willies Bags

Don't forget to bring your Willie's Bags in at Impact. This Wednesday is the last day to collect. The winner will be annouced at the end of IMPACT.

T-Shirts

The IVCF t-shirts will be here before the end of the school year. Expect a price range of $14 - $15.

Car Wash

Sonshine

If anyone is interested in going to Sonshine with IVCF to please sign up at IMPACT or email Luke Mattheisen at matt0535@morris.umn.edu. If there is a group rate it will be $53.5 for 3 days (7/15-7/17). There are 120+ bands and will tent together. We are going to have worship at midnight on two fo the days.
