Welcome
The Management discipline is a part of the Division of the Social Sciences, here at the University of Minnesota-Morris. It offers a multidisciplinary liberal arts-based program that allows students to enter the field of management as a professional or proceed to graduate studies. |

- are able to critically conceptualize business problems and to develop appropriate strategies for problem solving
- understand and use a variety of quantative analysis techniques appropriate for business
- develop collaborative skills
- be competent in written and oral communication
- develop competence in computer skills
- are prepared for professional careers in business or public service, or for graduate studies
