Subject:  Fall Retreat Confirmation

This confirms your registration for the fall ADT retreat, scheduled for October 4-6, 2002 at Ruttgers Resort. 

A retreat agenda is attached for your information.  Please note that retreat registration will take place from 5:00-6:00 p.m. in the Mezzanine, and that dinner on Friday evening will begin promptly at 6:00 p.m.

We encourage you to consider carpooling to Ruttgers if at all possible, in order to conserve ADT funds.  I will send out a list of participants from the Twin Cities campus on Monday to facilitate the carpooling effort.  Groups from Duluth and Morris have already made their travel arrangements.  Mileage reimbursement forms will be available at the retreat.  Detailed driving directions can be found on the Ruttger's website:  http://www.ruttgers.com.
