INTRODUCTION
The University of Minnesota-Morris campus has attracted many students from all over the world and is continuing to do so today till tomorrow. This outpouring of students from the "uttermost parts of the world" (Acts 1:8) makes it a harvest for God's created beings to come to know His Son-Jesus Christ! Below this website is some facts on students that have attended UMM from the different nations from the "ends of the earth".
EVANGESLISM
Add to note, some of them are already Christians, so they just need to be encouraged through the family of Christ in friendship love. The best way to "reach" them is friendship evangelism according to International Student Ministry. Just picture youself going to another country and trying to meet new people from a differenct language or culture. Learning their language is one of keys to connecting with them. Just a simple "hello" will bring a smile and build a bridge to knowing them. For more ideas.....(click)!
I know, this is a Liberal Arts College and we should respect their religion and what makes us have the right to "convert" them? Well, they too should be opened to hear the Gospel too! It's not "us" converting them, but sharing His love (words and actions) for them and it's God that "changes" (opens their eyes and ears-Luke 24:30-32) them through His empowering love.
