I am from
Caracas,
Venezuela.
One of my passions is to teach. I started as a substitute Spanish
teacher and ended up as Teacher of the Year in my former school
district. It has been a career of rewards. Now I am teaching Spanish
here at UMM and am enjoying it very much. I have traveled to many countries,
including trips with students to Mexico and Costa Rica. I enjoy bringing
Hispanic cultures alive in the classroom.
