Mgmt 3601f. Transnational Enterprise.(IP;2 cr;SP-Mgmt 2102,Econ 1111,1112 or #) This course consists of the development and transformation of business enterprise within the global economy. The coverage includes the basic impact of structural, institutional, and organizational change upon the dynamics of the firm and industry in the contemporary hyper-competitive, technology-driven, fast-paced, global environment.

II. Rationale (see instructions):

This course provides the basic knowledge about the continuity and change of global economy and business environment, and the nature of influences upon the business firms in the contemporary globalization era. The key concepts are the role of technology and reorganization in a highly competitive environment and the firm’s exposure and adaptability to dynamic change.
