Clayton A. Gay Hall is a contemporary residential facility with the capacity to house up to 230 people in four wings. Bathrooms are located on each floor. Each floor has two lounge areas and a kitchen for residents of the floor. Each wing is composed of two “pods” and is connected at the ground level by a central lounge and recreation area that includes a large screen television, ping pong, pool table, and vending machines. An outdoor sand volleyball court is adjacent to the building.
